you know what they say about our relationship with French people haha, actually, I don't, but I'm not a fan of French culture or the French myself, I just don't get the appeal.
they write down very long words and than they read just a little part of them! Hah, tell me about it, this has always bothered me, so much more than the English doing the same,lol, at least English words rarely sound the same and with French you can't even tell the difference between verb forms phonetically!
And the numbers OMG 90 for them is 4 times 20 plus 10... haha, I know, this is the weirdest thing ever, and I've studied numbers of,like, 7 languages XD Though I found German numbers a tad weird too, all this "five and twenty" instead of "twenty-five" kind of thing. And also long long words, I know in Italian you write long digits as one word too, but that looks horrifying for someone who's used to Russian/Spanish/English system *gg*
"I understand you don't remember that word but whay are you skipping in English and not in Italian? How does your brain works kiddo?" haha, I'm always saying English words instead of Russian these days, I can't even explain myself properly without using a word of English or two XD
