I'm here!

I'm not planning to leave any time soon and I'm in the frame of mind I am going to go when/if they show me the door, but not before that!

I just realized I commented a couple of post, but I've never made a post about my staying, so here I am! If I have to be honest, the new policy didn't scare me a bit... This might be alarming as in there are so many scary things happening right now that this isn't even in the "moderately afraid" pile.



I have a Dreamwidth Account just for back up reasons only, but I'm not planning to go over there like at all for now! I am doing it just so that I can have a back up of all the lovely conversations I had with you guys... But, if something goes wrong with LJ, I don't think I'm going to post over there, but I'm sure we'll find a way to stay in touch... (on my main page there are links to my facebook/instagram/youtube/... accounts) but feel free to add me on DW as I am adding you, because I know myself and I might change my mind!

Life is sort of crazy right now and I am not spending a lot of time around here, but I hope to come back and be more active soon!

I am still backing up... 23 hours seems a little bit too much for posts and comments... But I'll let it be for another day!!!

I might try to crosspost if it's easier than just import entries every time... I need to get there and re-do the layout though... I hate it!!!

Yeah I'm a bit bemused by it all too, until LJ starts actually handing out warnings and making it clear that we're not welcome, I'm not sure why so many people feel obliged to delete themselves.

Thanks for the link! I definitely want to read more about it because I can't believe that if - let's say - I posts a slash fic, I'll have my account deleted... I'm maybe too optimistic... Thank you again for the link and I understand why LBGTQ people would have a huge problem with it and would want to go... if you don't feel accepted in a place, you feel like there's no point in staying... But remember that the users beliefs are different that this policy. :D I will always accept and do whatever is in my power to make feel accepted everyone no matter what :) and I am sure a lot of other users feel the same :)
