I had looked up the original Westworld movie when the show first started, just curious what, if any, plot elements they kept. It intrigued me that the original film made it clear that this was a HUGE park with multiple areas, Westworld was just a part of it. So I was really excited when they wandered into Samurai world. Will the hosts of Westworld attempt to free all of the other robots?

I was glad Bernard came back too. I really like that actor LOL. I'm sad about William though because I liked him as an actor and I was kinda hoping the Man in Black theories were wrong but it all works out so yeah.

I think Ford is dead. 1) because Anthony Hopkins is an expensive actor to have around and 2) he had nothing left to live for. He wanted to die knowing he left all of DELOS board a big "fuck you!". I think after seeing Arnold/Bernard he would not want to create a host of himself.

It was funny because earlier I was thinking "Just have the naked hosts attack because wouldn't a legion of naked people be really scary!" and when they came out of the woods at the end, I just started to giggle.

Still unsure of what exactly Season 2 could entail. I still have a Battlestar Galactica prequel vibe to this show. While I'm enjoying it, I don't think they have covered any new ground in the whole robots-getting-consciousness genre. But they are doing it well so I don't mind.

I DO MIND having to wait until 2018. BLAH!
